Data we collect: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional) and order details. Payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Purpose: processing and shipping your order, customer support, meeting legal obligations and (only with your consent) sending newsletters.

Sharing: we only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order, such as payment providers, shipping partners and suppliers. We do not sell your data.

Retention: we keep data no longer than necessary or legally required.
