Trendvault Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed in the Trendvault online store.

1. Offer and prices: prices are shown in the currency of your market. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout.

2. Orders: a contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

3. Payment: you pay securely using the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery: we ship from China. Delivery time is 7-25 business days depending on your country, with tracking where available. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns: you have 30 days from receipt to return an item. See our Refund Policy.

6. Complaints: contact us via the Contact page. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
