Trendvault Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days to return an item, counted from the day you receive it.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days via the Contact page with your order number.

Conditions: the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds: after we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
